Brie is an amazing little girl! It is so crazy how well she fits into our little family.She is such a little mix of all of us, it is hard to say who she looks like! At her two week checkup she weighed 8 pounds 9 ounces! She is a great little eater and seriously good sleeper! I have had to wake her up to feed her bc I couldn't handle it anymore! Ayden and London are totally in love with her! I have to constantly be watching where London is because she is always trying to get into the crib with Brie while Brie is napping. (this has not happened bc I follow her into the room and witness the whole thing so nobody freak out!) Ayden is always asking if he can give her a "soft " kiss which is so sweet of him. "Soft" has become the most overused word in our house lately! Every sentence ends or begins with soft! London kisses with her tongue so that is interesting with a baby who is routing around! Overall the adjustment has been amazing, a little tweeking here or there but over all our little family( that has grown at a rapid rate) is doing really really well! I just don't plan on going to the store by myself with 3 kids anytime soon!

What? Holy crap Xan is posting a blog! well I know nobody ever reads it so who cares that I haven't updated in like six months! The truth is, I really just want somewhere to complain! I want to voice my complaint and then I will probably shut up for months again.
Complaint #1- Dear Coeur d' Alene, ID, Though you are a beautiful place full of trees and wonderful people, I am so sick of you I can't even believe it! Yes, You have given me the greatest group of friends a girl could ask for, yes you gave me a beautiful place to build a beautiful house, yes both of my amazing children were born just over your border in the valley. But really lately you have done nothing but bring me misery. Call it hormones, call me whinny, I don't care what you call me but if you don't bring me some sun before the end of this month I am trading you in for blue skies and hot weather! Don't believe me? WATCH ME! I am house hunting on this computer every night! So, word to the wise BRIGHTEN UP OR I AM OUT!

Complaint #2- Dear Baby Brie, (growing inside my belly) Although I already love you more than you can imagine, and am so excited that we are almost 3o weeks along! Now that you are not making me throw up every single day I was wondering if you could try to stop shoving your heel into my rib cage? No big deal it is just hey girl we have ten weeks and some change to go and you are already taking up quite a bit of room! You know I love you but if you don't stop begging me for reese's peanut butter cups we are both going to be huge! Personally I love you huge, but me, not so much!

My final complaint- Dear Father Time, where in the heck have you gone? Is my perfect, darling little boy really going to be 4 on the 25th? My amazingly handsome Husband going to be the big 30 on the 19th!? How in the world did time go by so fast?

Ok, I will stop complaining and tell whoever may read this I am really not crazy! Pregnant and obnoxious...yes... but not in need of complete daily meds (well right now) Life is just life and it is speeding by at a rapid rate. I just realized that I am going to have three kids in a couple of months and have been married for 7 years! It has been the most wonderful time in my life, seriously. Nothing new is really going on, it has been raining like crazy here and Ayden wants to be outside all of the time! Which is great except... it has been raining! So our yard has been postponed! London is cutting teeth which seems harder for her than it was for Ayden but hey she wanted to do it the hard way, laterals first! Oh yes our little vampire is a perfect match for Edward and Bella's daughter, too bad they are not casting! She is crawling all over the place and pulling herself up on all the furniture! She even lets go with one hand! I think she is just trying to keep up with Ayden! I can't believe she will be 9 months in a couple of days!Ayden is the biggest BOY you will ever meet! he is crazy! he loves Gijoes, baseball, riding his bike, throwing balls, driving his tractor, and just running around pretending he is Dash! He says the funniest stuff everyday! Today at lunch with our friends he tells Kenzie their 4 year old that he is going to marry her! Ayden: I am going to marry you when I get older. Kenzie: me! Really! You can only marry one girl and you want it to be me!? Ayden: Yep. Are you excited?! Kenzie:oh yes!thank you Ayden! Ayden: Then we can go places together and sleep over! Kenzie: Yeah and we get to get in the shower together! This is where I interrupted! umm guys...mark interrupts me...You are both way too young to be talking like this, you cannot shower or go to the bath room together!( the kids look at him like duh we know this! This is when we are older!they also said this!) Although it sounded really dirty, it was seriously innocent and really funny! If ya'll could have seen their faces it was super hard not to bust up laughing! Anyway more updates to follow!

Ayden has been a little ball of energy today holy cow!We have been on two bike rides, one to the park ,played at the park, gotten his haircut, played on his airplane, you name it we did it, we were having a blast today! But when we had to go in so I could cook dinner, I was thinking Ayden was going to pitch a fit,but instead Ayden said "I want to help you ,so after we make it I can go ride my bike!"I was super excited he wanted to be in the kitchen with me instead of me getting him something every five seconds while he watched tv or played while I cooked. Let me tell you he was amazing! he was SO into it! He pour all of the ingredients together in the Kitchen aid, helped me put the cheese in the Cuisinart to shred it, chopped everything with me and loved watching the Kitchen Aid mix it together! We then baked it and made rice! I had never made poppy seed chicken before but it was so easy even an almost 3 year old could do it! It turned out to be so good, so Mark rewarded Ayden by taking him out and teaching him how to ride a real bike with training wheels( one we had given to us from a kid down the street,I didn't think we would actually use it for a long time, but hey it came in handy, thanks Jones fam.)Anyway Ayden is totally into learning new things and he is picking this up great! Sorry if it sounds like I am bragging about my kid, I am just really proud of him and his behavior today!

Today Jessica and I took the kids to the park in CDA and it was so windy we decided to call it a day early. But, Ayden had his big wheel in the trunk so we went over to Jessica's and let the boys ride a round for a little while. Needless to say it was entertaining the boys love to say" I am going to beat you!, I am going to win!, I was first!, I beat you!, no you didn't!, Wait for me !"Every phrase was said by both boys, I guess you can say they hang out enough to say the exact same phrases!What can I say? boys will be boys!

How do you and your friends spend a friday night? Bathing kids? We Did! It all started when Reese (my bf's daughter) said "eww my hair is greasy!" I said "I have a tub..." "Is it big?" "I think so, you come see..." "oh yeah! Do you have bubbles?" and that is how it began, then the boys saw her and they wanted a turn! Needless to say all the kids were clean before our adult night began! So here are some pictures of that glorious event. This week Jessica (my sis-in-law) and I went to the mall She has all these coupons and is the bomb, me I have an addiction to gymboree . Anyway I love the little playarea at the mall the kids get to run around and we can bribe them the whole time we shop"you won't get to go to the tree and play if you don't listen! ... "you better stay close or you won't get to ride the motorcycle"... HAHAHA a mother's dream!

Today I woke up to go to the gym at 6 am with my girlfriend Corinne and lo and behold I had a flat tire! ahhh it was sucky! so I was forced to go back to sleep(I didn't want Mark to have to wake up early and fix it)but when he did get up a little bit later he was the amazing man he is and put air in it so I could drive it to go get it fixed! to make a long stupid story short My awesome girl Missy picked us up so we didn't have to wait while I got a couple new tires. But after keeping Ayden and her kids quiet in the chiropractic office we decided to go to the park!Ayden was playing having a blast and it totally looks like he was posing for these pictures but the funny thing was he wasn't!By the way it was 58 degrees and sunny!yey bring on the spring weather!

So this weekend our wonderful family watched Ayden so we could go out with a bunch of our friends on a group date! Even though it was nothing complicated it was really fun to get out and be with our buddies and not have to tell a two year old "hey get back here! So I am a loser ,we all know this and my ring finger has been acting up since I had London but I wanted to put my real wedding ring back on. Call me vain because I love my ring, whatever, it has been on my finger since 2002 so my finger looks like I am always wearing a ring anyway but I cant live without it.So on top of it feeling perfectly snug b/c it is a 5 1/2 and I have had two babies and dont loose weight but hey this girl likes to eat, it is ok! back to the point, it is a little snug and I must have been bit by something or heck i don't know, my finger started to swell so in a panic i tried to rip it off and mean while I took a couple of layers off but no ring! so i really was trying to be patient and let my finger go down before I tried it again .Then i woke up in the middle of the night in a panic I am a little claustrophobic when it comes to getting out of stuff and my finger was huge! i couldn't get my ring off with anything olive oil, peanut butter, soap, you name it! So layers of skin later I drive to KMC to the ER I am willing to do anything, I see a firetruck and Ambulance in the parking lot so I drove over and asked the EMT if he has any ring cutters...after consulting the other men he finds out they do have one that has never been used and would love to give the first try to me! yeah and oh crap! so it may sound simple my friends to get this nice protector underneath my ring so they don't saw through my finger but no, let me tell you it is NOT!my finger was so swollen it felt like my finger was going to pop off! Not to mention the layers of skin missing under my ring and the fact that they didn't know what they were doing, but hey they were doing me a favor so I loved them at 2 am, in my pjs, in the middle of a parking lot standing in 21 degree weather!I was shaking from pain or cold I don't know but after 25 mins of stretching my fingers the wrong ways to get an angle at cutting , accidentally cutting into my finger and cutting it all up I was free!So here are some lovely photos of the event (the fingers the next day) and my ring after spending $195 at the jeweler to get it fixed and re sized!All of these pictures were taken with my phone so they aren't the best quality!

You know you live in North Idaho when two Valentines days in a row you go shooting! Nothing like shooting the crap out of stuff to show someone you love them! Well we actually went shooting today, the day after V- day and it was Great! London and Ayden chilled in the car the whole time while Mark and I took turns in the car with them and shooting stuff up! Including a poopy diaper, a couple wine bottles(fake wine), potatoes and clay pigeons! Overall it was a great way to enjoy the awesome winter we are having here with the sun and 45-50 degree weather.

Well it just feels like time is flying bye! London turned 4 months on Sunday! I can't believe how big she is, she really is the sweetest baby in the whole world. So lately everytime we eat I have put her in the bumbo sitting on the table in front of me and she does this stare me down, watch me eat, open her mouth copying me thing,so i decided yesterday I would give her some rice cereal for fun to try and she likes it alot! Of course you know how it is she really just nurses all day but now at night she gets to do both rice cereal and awesome mommy milk! Go London. I really don't care that some of you think she might be to young...have you seen my baby? Anyway Ayden is hilarious and loves playing with his cousin Nathan, today Jessica and I took them to this big indoor playground and let them run free! We then took them to Mc Donalds for lunch where they got these Alvin and the Chipmunks toys that annoy the crap out of you, but hey it was over all a great day.

Well sorry I have taken so long to give y'all any updates we have been very busy! We moved into our new house the first week in November and we are loving it so much! I still haven't got everything put away but I will post pictures really soon of what it looks like! I am so proud of Mark, he built us a beautiful home! The Kids are doing great, Ayden is the biggest talker in the world and thinks he is really funny! He has decided he is now a big boy for sure and is completely Potty Trained Yeah! I am so excited for him he loves it and even though he is only 2 1/2 I felt like he had been pooping forever in the toilet but would never pee. Really it is because I was a huge slacker because once we stuck to it he was trained in like three days! It was Mark's family's year this year and they decided to take us to beautiful California for Christmas. We had lots of fun taking the kids to Disney and Lego land, a Laker Game,and hanging out with family we hardly get to see anymore! Here are a few pictures of us lately.

Well the weather decided to be sunny and a little warmer last weekend so we decided to keep our promise to Ayden and take him to the pumpkin patch up at Greenbluff. We had such a great time just getting out in the fresh air, it was great! Ayden loved riding the pony and the little wiggly worm ride! Not to mention just running around with the other kids. A couple days later we went to Missy and Jeremy's to carve pumpkins and they turned out awesome!Here are some pictures from these events.

So our little girl is still doing great, she did get a little cold, probably from the seasons changing and it getting cold really fast here in the frigid NW. But other than that she is sleeping for six hours the first stretch of the night, which rocks my world I almost don't know what to do with myself. Oh wait I lied, Mark has me running his errands all over creation! Which is hard with two kids( you mom's with more are CRAZY TO LEAVE THE HOUSE!) I never want to take the kids out of the car especially to drop off a piece of paper, so I have been doing many illegal things lately. Like pulling up in the closest spot to the door even if it is handicap so I can see my car at all times and then running in and dropping crap off or whatever it is with my car running, kids sleeping and windows up! Please don't call CPS these things never take longer than 30 seconds and I repeat I can see my car at all times! But still it sucks! On a happier note My awesome husband is doing an awesome job on our house and we should be in it by the 27th of October! YEAH! Now to sell the one we are in!let me know if you know anyone looking!Anyway I know all of this is random I just wanted to post one new picture My mom took, She sent me one to satisfy me until the others get here!

Finally I am taking some time to post some pictures of our beautiful little girl! London was born on September 17th 2009 at 1:22pm. She was 8 pounds 8ounces and 20inches long! But then a week later she was 21 so I think they just didn't stretch her out good! Ha ha!Anyway my labor was awesome really, my epidural was so good I could move my legs and toes , but didn't have to be in pain through contractions! Then when it was time to push her out, I felt like I could feel everything! Which turned out to be a good thing because I was going to push her out in like 3 pushes, but I had to wait for the Dr to come in so, he strolled in as she was crowning out and with a total of 5 pushes she was outta there! It was so great! London is an amazing baby she sleeps like a champ and is really quiet and quit the snuggle bug.I am truly blessed to have such an amazing family! I will post new Pictures from London's first photo shoot with GG (her Grandma)when she finishes them and sends them to me!

Well I am done thinking this little girl is going to come and I am just going to start relaxing and try to forget all about labor! Ha ha ha!Yeah Right! Earlier this week some of my girlfriends decided to take me out bowling to possibly induce labor and although it didn't work because here I am writing this with no new baby girl, it was so much fun! I of course started out bowling so terribly it was ridiculous! Missy of course won the first game, with Tiff S. right behind her leaving Tiff Duce and I in the dust! But out of some stroke of Luck I was bustin' it on the second game and Won! I even broke 100 which is like a miracle for me!=)Anyway, afterwards we went back to Tiff's and met some more of our girls for some ice cream and a long lovely chat. It was just what the Dr. ordered!( although I would have liked a little baby on the side) It was perfect so thanks ladies!

Holy crap ya'll this water retaining seacow wants to have a baby!My feet are freakin' Huge! Ok it never got like this with Ayden so I am hating this additional bonus to pregnancy! I also think I am too impatient to wait any longer therefore I am going to have this little chick! At the Dr today I was 3 cent. and 80% so at least I am progressing and who knows, maybe something exciting will happen and I will go into natural labor, which I will have no idea what is like because I have never experienced it! Well, Ayden is doing awesome! He is the funniest kid ever, he is an amazing listener, except when I am asking him to do something and will repeat everything you say, so watch what you say...Mom learned this the hard way...I don't want anyone to get offended so I won't give examples but they are great if you need a laugh, call and ask!Mark is the hottest general contractor in the whole world and our house is looking awesome I will go take some pictures tomorrow to post but it is just about to be textured so it is dry walled and taped! Yeah baby! It's coming along hopefully we will be in by the 2nd week in October.I know none of this is exciting to you, but that is what is going on in the life of the Pulsiphers!

So I went to the Dr today for my checkup and got to have an ultrasound. Even though my daughter never lets me see her face, I got to see other parts of her like her heart and lungs and kidneys all functioning which was awesome! She is about seven pounds right now and is measuring like 37 and a half weeks, so yeah! Maybe I will have her sooner than later otherwise I am bustin' out a huge baby! (As if you couldn't already tell!) But I am 2cm and 50-60% so here's hoping maybe in the next two weeks we could have another addition and London could be here.

Not only do I have the best friends and family in the whole world, they are also the most creative and thoughtful! Tiffany, Kim and Missy threw me this gorgeous baby shower at the ever impressive interior/exterior designer Kim's House! It was so beautiful, being the cry baby I am, I was shedding tears as I stepped out of the car.The Food was awesome! If you can't tell by the pictures, take my word for it, you missed out on a great party if you couldn't make it! We defiantly missed everyone who couldn't come, but to everyone that did, it really meant the world to me to have you there! I love you all so much!

Over the Weekend

Well Dad decided to make a quick (12 hour flight) trip here to our house for the weekend to check on the progress of the new house and visit for a day and a half! Although it had to be short it was well worth it, not only for his expertise in home building, but more importantly for the grandchild who worships him! My mom (GG) who was missed greatly was off being some important photographer taking some pictures of tons of dancers and a couple of the choreographers of So you think you can Dance, including Mandy Moore, Travis Wall, Sonya Tayeh! But while she was terribly missed, she is coming out in a few weeks for baby London's birth and is going to stay for Forever.(Seriously I am not going to let her go home, what girl can live with out her mom after a baby is born?)Anyway, while Dad was here, he was big enough incentive to bring up Kristen, James and Baby Riley!So finally they have come to visit and these are just a few pictures of us together after we engorged a ton of Hudson's Hamburgers on Saturday.

Mark has been so busy with everything going on in our lives that I felt like he needed to come play with us, so we kidnapped him and went to Silverwood for the day. And when I say day I mean day! Well it is safe to say we are kinda busy around here...Mark is working it's going strong, Ayden and I are playing hard in this summer weather, Kristen just had a Baby, Mom and Dad are visiting all of us right now, and Mark is building us a new house. So far everything is going smooth and the basement has been poured and the flat work is done! A New Baby Cousin

Friday Morning at 8:11am a beautiful baby girl was brought into this world. Riley Sage Gross was 7lbs 3oz and 19inches long. Both Kristen, my little sister, and the baby are doing great! I can't believe that the baby of our family has a baby! I am so proud of her, she is already such a great mother and that little girl is going to be the best dressed kid you have ever seen! Ayden is obsessed with her, which I am sure makes Kristen nervous because he wants to be all over Riley, but it makes me feel good that he is accepting of a baby, it gives me hope for when London comes! If only she was due a month earlier I might live to see her come, but since I have 10 weeks left and I am already uncomfortable, I am doomed! On Sunday I told Ayden I couldn't do something because I was too big and he looked at me with this really concerned face and Said "cause your a giant, Mom?" It was so cute and yes it is because I am a giant Ayden!

A DAY OF FUN

Tiffany and I took the kids to Silverwood today for a day of rides and the water park. I guess I should say Tiffany took us because she has the pass, but anyway it was really great! I don't know how she does it, she has a 4 year old, a 1year old, and a 1month old! AHHH she is crazy! But all of the kids were so good today it just happen to work out perfectly! We went to the toddler area of the water park, and I was so impressed! It was perfect for the kids to run around and play in the water,and you don't even have to worry about their toes because it had this soft pad on the ground! Then after a great little picnic in the shade we took the kids to the other side of the park where the rides are and let them go on a couple. They would have got to do more if I wasn't so needy, but I am so we had to leave because of a small incident. I was going to get Ayden out of the water so Tiffany could take Makenzie down the slide and while walking in the water against the current, I busted both of my flipflops! Oh no they were not repairable ! They were torn out at the toe connecty part and every time I tried to take a step the thing popped out! So I had to walk the whole park barefoot and the side walk was hot! Not to mention the looks I was getting on the rides side of the park! I know I live in North Idaho but I was putting new meaning to the saying Barefoot and pregnant!

It is Finally Hot!

Yeah it is finally hot here in North Idaho! I forgot what it was like to have a couple of consecutive warm days in a row and I don't know what to do with myself! The sun is coming up at like 4 am, so my son is waking up at like 7:00 or 7:30! NOOOO! Now that it is awesome outside, he never wants to be inside which sounds great except to try to get the kid to eat, sleep,or do anything but chase his dog stretch, play in his pool, or fly his airplane, although he will get out of the sun to go to see "Daddy work" or go to "Grandma Sally's boat"! While I was making him some eggs this morning Ayden went in the backyard and jumped in his pool with all of his clothes on! Then after putting him in his bathing suit and walking back in the house for sunscreen, the bathing suit was off and there was a naked little boy with a big cute bubble butt chasing around a miniature wiener dog! I should have recorded the whole debacle, it was hilarious!Now that summer is here we expect everyone to want to visit because you can't find a more beautiful place than Coeur D' Alene!

So I know I said I was going to post a ton of pictures, but I am a huge slacker and well haven't got around to it! When we got back from South Carolina we left that weekend for Utah to go to JP's baby Kayla's blessing so, there you go! The Awesome news is, WE ARE HAVING A GIRL! Mark and I really didn't care if we were having a boy or a girl, we were just excited to find out ,so when they couldn't find anything between the baby's legs we almost couldn't believe it! It seemed foreign to us at first and it took hanging up a pink outfit in our room to really let it sink in! At first when we told Ayden he was going to have a sister he said "No! A boy!" But now he is used to the idea and loves to hug the baby! We keep trying to make him pick her name so which ever he can say first will win! I want London and Mark likes Alyssa.Today Ayden said Dondon but Mark says that doesn't count! Anyway we are open to suggestions , so let us know what you think!

I haven't updated this thing because nothing new has happened! I am so excited to leave for South Carolina on Friday that I can't stand it! I have already packed Ayden and for me you know that is crazy because I am the procrastinator of the century! Obviously this snow/rain/ piss me off weather is really getting to me!So I am ready to escape! The thought of laying out in the sand with my white chubby belly hanging out sounds nothing short of paradise! (At least for me, not the people passing by!But hey who cares what they think!)Ayden is so excited to fly on the plane and to see his GG and Papa he keeps on asking "Ready to go?" So when something exciting happens if I survive this plane ride across they country with an almost two year old, I will report back!Also lots of sunny pictures to make ya'll stuck here in North Idaho jealous! Well I have to say I can't believe that after a 12 person, beautiful TP job some of you hookers had to go and tell the people we were reverting back to our high school days! Although I am proud that you have a conscious we should have at least let them try to figure out who the amazing, sneaky, seriously skilled individuals were. Now after it was announced over the pulpit that the accomplices are now known, I fear I may all of the sudden get a new calling!
If you didn't already know, one of our girlfriends sadly has been forced to go to the Land of no Return! ( aka Utah) and for her going away girls night we decided to roll our first counselor (and friend's)house. Now, they live in the area with all of the gorgeous big trees in PF so you can imagine what 12 girls with very good throwing arms could do. And yes pictures were taken so Jaylyn honey give me one to put on here!
I also must confess that my son has serious skills with the ladies! I did not teach him these things I promise! After finding him and Kenzie playing sleeping beauty ( Where she would prick her finger, fall on the ground and tell Ayden he has to kiss her for her to wake up,she is 3)I found him laying on top of her Hugging!Last night during our annual "Lost" night Mark found Ayden in the Bathroom with Reese. She was changing into her PJ's and Mark found her unzipping her sweater while Ayden was standing n front of her pulling it open for her.(She had a tee shirt on) Really Ayden has NO idea what he is doing and it really is innocent but oh my gosh it is so funny the things that kids say and do! Reese is also 3 I guess Ayden likes older girls! The funniest part of the evening was when Mark was cooking hamburgers and was standing in the kitchen serving us, when Reese Said"Oh my gosh you have a big thing!" She was talking about his spatula!

A fun weekend!

Well this weekend was really eventful for us here in North Idaho! It started out with an amazingly fun girls night on Friday filled with lots of shopping and then going to see the new Shopaholic movie at like 10pm! Normally I am a night owl, but after walking around in 3inch heels for like 4 hours which I would normally have no problem with but given my current situation I am just too weak to do that again any time soon!After staying out till after 1 am I was awoken on Valentines Day with something that can only be appreciated here in North Idaho! Going shooting! Oh yes girls I said it, not breakfast in bed with a romantic agenda, I got "Women get that kid dressed we are supposed to be there in 5 minutes!"Actually I am not going to lie, I busted out my hick accent and went to town! I love target shooting although having a kid there may seem crazy, Ayden loved watching and asked his Dad if he could shoot a gun! I know we seem nuts but everything is really safety oriented with ear plugs and kids being far away from the action. After a fun day out in the cold shooting lots of different guns we went home to get ready for our night out! We decided to have a fondue dinner party at our friend Tiffany's house then go to the dance! It was overall a fun weekend filled with hilarious memories and lots of great pictures!

Just when I thought I was going to get away without morning sickness, the beast happened! AAAAHH I just want to scream! I hate feeling like crap and getting sick and poor Ayden is like "What the heck is going on MOM?" This is why I needed to knock two out with one shot, so I don't have to feel like this but a few more times! The only positive I can think of for this is I could possibly drop a few unhealthy pounds I got going on. Other than that I forgot how much I love the beginning of pregnancy! So enough of this pity party. I wanted to write that Tiffany Duce is having a pure romance =)~ party the week of Valentines Day, so if you want something sexy for your man you should come! I forgot all the details but let me know if you want to come, they have EVERYTHING at these parties from nighties to other THINGS...ok enough about that Carrie this is my shot out to you... although you need no help with procreating come to the party and get some fun stuff!

Ok well I wasn't going to tell many people that we finally got pregnant until we were further along and this picture on the side of the screen stopped looking like another life form, but Guess what? We are pregnant! I realized the secret wasn't going to be kept long when I passed by in the hall at church on Sunday and my husbands friends would give me the thumbs up from the classrooms, I finally said What is Going on? "Oh congrats on being knocked up!" ,"AWESOME!","See I knew Mark was a straight shooter!" And men say women can't keep a secret! So we went to the Dr. on wed this week and everything looks good. We also are not having multiples to Marks excitement. I was pretty much game for whatever but looks like the Lord knows what I can handle!
Ayden is doing awesome even though he is creeping toward that terrible two stage where he likes to tell me NO! But he really is a funny kid! He is trying to talk so hard but can't figure out all of the words. some of my favorite things he says are... when he wants to watch movies he says mooves, and then he says Horton the best, but Shek for shrek, Roar for lion King, And Nebo for Nemo, vroom vroom for Cars, even though he can say Car. He also loves to point to things or pick them up and say who's they are, like mommies shoes, dad's hat, mine ock(sock) . Anyway you get the point he is growing so fast! He loves to run around and play! He is All BOY! Right now he is saying help me, so I gotta go but have a great week everyone!

I forgot to tell ya"ll the greatest story about what happened in Driggs... Mark is a jokester as I am sure ya'll already know and if you don't know that about him , be thankful! He decided it would be funny to tackle my Dad and shove his face in the snow(according to eye witnesses, Mark says different)any way this normally wouldn't have been a big deal if Dad was prepared or at least had his snow clothes on and not his PJ's! So Dad planned a sweet revenge, while James (my bro -in-law) and Mark were enjoying the hottub, Dad took the towels and locked the boys out of the house! Then sneaks out the side of the house and tackles Mark in the snow with nothing but his bathing suit on! Now you have to give Mark credit b/c he would not go down without a fight! My Dad was a big football player and is a strong man, but my man Mark would not let go of the door, in fact he almost broke the hinge! I had to post this picture because it is the most PG the rest are a little flashy! But for your viewing pleasure my brother recorded the whole debacle and is going to post it on You Tube, (yes it really was that funny!) So i will keep you posted on where to find it!

Christmas in Driggs ID (well Alta WY)

Christmas this year was spent in a dope cabin in Alta WY-six miles from Driggs ID . My family being spread out right now, with a sister at BYUI, A brother at BYU, me here in CDA, my parents in South Carolina decided to make this Christmas easy and close to everyone else. Not to mention that my sister -in- law Amber is Prego and due at the end of the month and can't travel! But hey I am understanding that we had to change all plans to accommodate her. no big deal. well at first I was bummed out not to go home to South Cakalaki, but I quickly realized how fun this was going to be. I wish i could share with you more of the 897 pictures on this first CD my mom sent me with 353 m0re to come in the mail shortly ( she is wonderful and very thorough) but I will harness myself for now and you can come check them out on my awesome new digital pic frame I got for Xmas from my hubby it hold 4000 pictures YEAH!Ok I got off track...but really we had a great time! We went to Jackson Hole and took a sleigh ride through the elk reservation, that was pretty awesome although cold with a 20 month old who wants to get out of the sleigh and play with the elk!Not to mention talking loudly over the tour guide while trying desperately to stick his let over the edge. It makes you a little nervous when at the beginning of the ride they say if anything falls off you have to leave it there, hats, gloves, children! For real they said that! After that we went to BUBBAS to get some BBQ and it was good, until about 11:00pm. It must have been enhanced by the nasty aroma coming out of some one's fanny that started the nausea that I was feeling( I won't mention names but she is a women!)But at 1:30 am it begun...my death... you know how it feels,FOOD POISONING! It never goes away! I must have sat on the pot all night with my head in a trash bag, while my poor Dad ran down the hall trying to rescue me while going through the same thing!Meanwhile the snow has never stopped coming down and it is a beautiful winter wonderland.Ayden played with his cousin Corbin and they both feed off each others knowledge like sponges, by the time we left Ayden was saying Ta Dah! When he climbs up on things like Corbin and Corbin was saying Cool Car like Ayden! Our nights were full of Rock band memories and Hand and Foot(even though Mark and Kristen Cheat stacking James and my decks with 10 red threes) Red threes are -500 points!But it's ok we still won! Mark and James built an Igloo big enough for two adults to lie down in and Ayden can stand straight up! With some cross country skiing,hot tub relaxing, snow tubing behind a sleigh of horses, Family home cooking, it was a overall awesome Christmas.

It has been an eventful month getting ready for Christmas and all the Jazz! You know with the release of Twilight, stuffing my face with turkey, going to Costco on Black Friday, and playing with my awesome little sister who came to visit.( I say little but she is now 22 and Pregnant! Yeah!) I have been shopping for Christmas presents and trying desperately to think of something for Mark! Which is usually easy for me to be thoughtful and think of something I am so excited to give him that I can't wait so I hint at him untill he says "Xan I don't want to know! Unlike you I like to be surprised!"But this year I am feeling crappy! I have nothing! NOTHING! Someone, somewhere, help me think what to get my spoiled handsome husband. I say spoiled because he is like every man who buys what they want whenever, so there is nothing to get them! For those of you who are also still working on Christmas I want you to know at Macy's it is Friends and family week so until Monday you get an extra 20% off everything!Things that are already 40-50 % off! The men's dept has awesome INC jeans on sale for $20! Then you get 20% off! they were 15.99 it was a great deal! so if your man runs through jeans as fast as mine you should get on that!Ok well I found a hundred other good deals so let me know if you need any help finding something for someone for a deal! The only problem is I don't know how to respond to any comments cause I don't really know what I am doing on this thing so any help would be awesome!
I am sure everyone knows I am trying to get knocked up right now and have been off birth control since Ayden was born 19months ago! Annie asked me if I am on fertility drugs yet but since I don't know how to write back comments I am broadcasting it! No I was to late this month and the Dr. wants me to lose some weight and then get one of those "follow the dye around your uterus tests" then I will get on the Drugs! Now that I gave everyone TMI...these are my last comments to the people who MIGHT read this...Corrin I hope your family is better and I saw your hott husband in North Town! Annie I found your treat on my door, that was sooooo nice! I was really sad because a neighborhood dog named Strech was eating them when we pulled in last night at 11:30! but they looked awesome and I salvage an untouched covered pretzel!Jessica it was great shopping with you yesterday! Ok so I know I suck so bad at blogging and then I got to thinking...why? It is not like I am so busy in my lovely little life that I cannot sit down to write a couple of lines and let everyone know how we are doing.Matter of fact, most of the time my butt is sitting down anyway so i figured today would be the day I resolved the problem.The problem being my AKA name: Lazy. Also known as Xan(see picture in dictionary). I have decided to stop sitting on my butt letting life pass by saying "Now why am I twenty pounds overweight?"oh yes I have a gym membership but it is just too far away and I am back to AKA Xan. So today I turned on my superhuman power called mom/housewife.Her name is Amaxan ( amazing Xan). She comes out once or twice a year when I feel like I have to prove myself as a women and prove to my husband I am good at something other than spending his money. Well, our money but you know what I mean.so I have cleaned house, put a roast in the oven ( no man can not love a women who's house smells of roast)and got ready for the day, now I am blogging about how awesome I am, only to see my house revert back to its former state by the end of the day! But hey it is great!
All joking aside, everything is going great for this Pulsipher family. Ayden is growing like a weed and is getting more fun every day! He says alot of words and laughs at himself all of the time! one of my favorite things he says is every time he passes gas he says "TOOT!" It is so funny! He is now 18 months old and seriously I know it sounds so cliche' but it has FLOWN by! he was a knight for Halloween and Mark and I had a great time taking him trick or treating. He could say tick o tet which was awesome even though you could barley make out what he was saying, and just like his mom, we found him hiding in the corner the next morning eating candy bars through the wrapper! Mark was a very sexy King/knight for Halloween and was the hit of every party we went to! He is doing good even though it is starting to get closer to snow and winter, everything with work is peachy. He is very hard working and things are moving along well with his business. Laker season has started and so far has been AWESOME! We smell a Championship coming on, no really this time, not like last year. I hope everyone is doing great! Ok I never do this blog, I suck... but here I am now writing to tell you what has developed in the World Of Ayden! Ayden has just had his first birthday! Wow did that year go by fast! We had a "I dig being one" party with construction trucks, hammers, yellow construction hats, it was Lovely! The day after that my Mom( Michelle) and Mother- in -law (Sally) convinced me to get Ayden's hair cut! I think it had to do with the fact that 2 people said what a pretty girl I have and would your little girl like a booster, that day that I said oh yes let's go! Well not to bragg but my kid is the bomb! He didn't even flinch for his haircut, and he loved it! they gave him his own personal comb to use and everything it was a great event.. so here are some pictures of Ayden and Mark at their birthday party and Ayden's Haircut! Laker Game in Seattle

This past weekend we had the opportunity to go to Seattle and watch the Laker game! I bought Mark tickets on the 7th row for Christmas this year. We ended up taking Mark's brother Adam (his wife was pissed) and Mark's best friend Jared with us also. We decided to go a day early so we could see a little bit of Seattle so we booked a hotel for Sunday, Monday, and we would go home on Tuesday. So I looked online to research what hotel we should stay in, what rate we could get and one that would be Great but still reasonable.I looked at like 100 hotels on Expedia.com and found this really cool looking hotel called Hotel Max in downtown Seattle, it was modern and looked like it had really cool amenities, but Mark insisted on us being in walking distance to Key Arena where the game was, so we didn't have to find and pay for parking. So I read the reviews for this Hotel one block from key Arena Called the Mediterranean Inn, people gave it four stars, said the beds were comfy and the service was great.Not to mention it was only $95.00 a night. Ye-haw I love Hotels, it is really one of my favorite parts of the trip, someone cleaning you room, leaving new towels, a mint on your pillow. Oh I couldn't wait! We get to Seattle at about 7:00pm and after a wonderful dinner with my friend Tippy(who has just introduced me to her girlfriend Sarah who she is now engaged to)We make our way to the hotel!As we ride up the Elevator I am thinking "oh this could be nice i mean the elevator is clean and it is really close to the arena." But I am really thinking OH S*%@! How bad is this going to be?! We open the door and it hit me BAM! You are in the seventh layer of HELL! There is not enough room to all get through the door without making it into the entire room, there are two double beds, not queen, double! The comforters were all stained and gross oh my gosh it was bad!The comfy beds I was promised felt like I was sleeping on a board! And you know what I was the most upset about? Those stupid people who said this was a good hotel! They must have had a similar experience and just wanted to screw over the next little traveler! The boys wouldn't let me check into a new Hotel although I was so tempted to burn the place down, the trip was still fun! We ended up running around town(which I will never do without another girl to convince them we have to go shopping)because they just sat in massage chairs in Sharper image while Ayden and I roamed around by ourselves in the rain. But the Game was GREAT! The seats were great and the game went into over time and we won!So over all the trip was great,but my words of advise are: Never go with men who will not go shopping and are to cheat to go up the Space needle(ADAM AND JARED)ad NEVER LISTEN TO THE ROOM EXPERIENCES AT EXPEDIA.COM!

Ok what is it about the Holidays that can bring out the worst in you? I mean this year I really sucked! I couldn't wait for Christmas to be over! I am usually the one who loves Christmas and decorating and getting presents for everyone and all that jazz. But for some reason I have been a Scroogette. IT IS NOW OVER! yeah yeah yeah! Don't get me wrong, Santa was good to me and it has been really fun seeing all of Mark's Family, but I am POOPED! We have been out till like 1 am every night and it has been snowing like crazy here so driving home on icy roads, scary.It takes us 45 min to go 22 miles. Anyway let me get to the point of why Christmas kinda sucked this year.. Ayden poor little Ayden got Croop on Christmas Eve! I am not talkin a little bit of a cough, I am talkin about a sea lion jumping into my sons body and hacking up a cough! The poor kid couldn't get to sleep, I tried the cold air out side( like the DR said) and the steaming shower( like the DR said) and nothing seemed to help. What made the situation worse was the fact that we were at my mother and father in laws house and it was packed with our awesome family, so we slept on an air mattress on the Floor in the Basement. Now this wouldn't have been so bad if the air would stay in and that thing would stay firm, and if my adorable little nephew Nathan didn't have an ear infection and cry from 1-3 AM! So every time Nathan screamed, Ayden woke up, (don't tell Jessica she feels bad already) needless to say we got no sleep. So then I spent all of Christmas being the emotional wreck I am because I got no sleep and I am worrying about my poor little sick child, stressing that I really need to take him to the Dr,yet it is snowing and I am praying he will make it till tomorrow!LUCKILY he did, he made it till the next day and I took him to the DR who then juiced the kid up on steroids( don't worry we didn't work him out so he won't beat up any kids with his super strength) But we will have to confess of his use when he becomes a pro baseball player. Anyways I am DONE being dramatic, everything is fine and I am going to chill out, ( it is very therapeutic to write all of this out)!

Ok I realize I suck at remembering to do this thing but I promise I am going to be better...as if any of you care..if anyone reads this...anyway. So, I suffer from a problem. I suffer from don't touch my son old man, syndrome! No seriously I have been on the brink of being a bad person, but I thought I was improving and then today I proved myself wrong I have become one, I am a Seriously BAD person. I was at the store today buying some sequins for Ayden's stocking.( yes I am attempting a famous stocking)and there was this overwhelming stench of BO( you know Body Odor) and it kept following me around. Now, I know it is not me because I did decide to take a shower today and put on deoderant! So I was pretty confident in myself not smelling.Then I finally realized it when I got to the felt isle. It was the old man. You know, he looked cute in his overalls and little hat but it was the smell that was making me sick...so i tried to get away by asking a women a question.It didn't work, I tried to run to the bead isle, but before I could IT HAPPENED..he spoke. I froze! turning around slowly to answer the cute, nice, smelly old mans question. Five months ...thankyou...yes he is...yes he does...smiling all the while thinking.PLEASE DON"T TOUCH HIM PLEASE! His wife came over to comment and all was well. Until, he did it. he touched him. Luckily to my satisfaction it was only on the toes, well where his toes would be if he didn't have on shoes. So, I was halfway ok. I know it is so rude of me to think the way I am thinking but I can't help it! I love for people I know to hold him. I love for people to play with him and get the chance to get to know him. BUT and this is a BIG BUT, I hate it when random people get all up in his face or TOUCH HIS HANDS! Who knows where their hands have been!? I mean really, they could have just went to the bathroom, or picked their butt or nose. Then they are going to put their finger in my kid's hand where that hand is going to be stuffed into his mouth. Every possible finger that can fit in there, with butt/ nose dropplings of some random stranger. Seriously I know I need to get over it, my hands are really seeing the raw end of the deal with all of the hand sanitizer.And what a hypocrite I am because I love for people to look at him and comment. I guess what i am saying is... you must smell nice and look pretty to touch my son... and this is why I have become a terrible person, I need to love every smelly person.

I thought as soon as I had Ayden I was going to have motivation to loose weight! I mean really, your body goes through this huge change(from hot to NOT)! No I am kidding but really I don't think we as women took time before we had a baby to realize although we thought we may not have been in optimum shape then, it was way better than now! I mean really, it's not like we have to be pregnant for nine /ten months, have morning sickness, watch our bodies expand, have mood swings, still feel the need to satisfy our husbands, and then GET STRETCHMARKS! I really thought I was going to be like elastagirl and go right back to normal! WRONG! My cravings seem 100 times worse now! I am a chocoholic ( did I mention it tends to give Ayden gas and I still do it!) Bad mommy bad! Well I am just getting him used to it, it doesn't seem to bother him anymore, besides they say broccoli can give a baby gas but nobody ever tells anyone to give up the broccoli. As for the whole body thing, I realize it is going to take time,and that I might actually have to try some disipline, I mean I look at my body and think eww gross! ( I mean nasty, sorry Kristen!) but then i don't do a thing about it! I always say I don't have time, but if I would just take time out from kissing and starring at my beautiful son , I would have all the time in the world!And although my body has gone through some tough changes, I look at my battle wounds and think MAN WAS THAT WORTH IT! and the thing is, I know I will do it again!

OK so yes I am a first time mom and I can be a little anal with somethings, Like the fact that I was not going to take my son on the boat until next summer when he is over a year old because he is just too little to be going out on the boat ! So everyone gave me a hard time about how anal and protective I am, because I don't like dirty little kid hands groping all over my son, I always have to be around him( so it seems) and I wouldn't let him go on the boat.Then my mother and father- in-law bought a pontoon boat and though I told Mark NO a ton of times I finally gave in! I don't know if it was the sitting at home while everyone else went out on the lake having a great time,watching HGTV all day even when I am not at my own house, or the fact that I could be loosing up, but I gave in! And boy does my little man love it!He loves to ride around and look at everybody who is on the boat and in just a few short minutes that kid is out! And although I am still right by his side, it is nice to be out in the fresh air, beautiful lake, and not to mention the Adult conversation!
